OCTOBER PHOTO CHALLENGE #10 -- EMOTION

I ended up missing another day of work.  I had a follow-up appointment at my doctor's today.  The appointment was for noon and I didn't get into the office until after 1:00 p.m.  Then she had me in there until almost 2:00 p.m.  She said I was doing much better, that I had done right to go to the ER even though it turned out to be just an URI.  With a high fever and having trouble breathing it could have been anything.  But...  I was still coughing, had a bit of a fever and she said I shouldn't have gone back this week at all because I was contagious.  Oops!  So she had me stay out until Tuesday.  A four day weekend.  But all I did this afternoon was sleep.  I'm feeling pretty good now and I'm heading out to make dinner as soon as I'm finished here.

Today's topic is emotion.  I can't find the picture I wanted to show you so here is another one.

Here are our friends Karen and Bud at one of our church's functions.  Bud is in the band Boris Garcia and always kids me that I have to pay royalties to publish his photo.  I guess you can tell that the emotion is laughter or happiness.  Karen is one of the funniest people we know and we always have fun with the two of them.  Laughter really is the best medicine.
