FALL AT LOWE'S

The other day Joe and I went to Lowe's.  He wanted to get some tools he needed.  I didn't feel like walking around the store, so I stayed in the seasonal section looking at all the things they had.  A lot was fall, a lot was Halloween and some was Thanksgiving.  I love the colors of the fall.  I took some pictures with my phone and thought I would share them with you.

I would love to have one of these urns by my front door.  The chair looks comfy, doesn't it.  I sat in it.  It's not.

Aren't these urns nice?  I love the colors.

I just loved this lighted pumpkin.

Scarecrows!  Oh, I have to get my scarecrows out.  I think I know where I put them away.

Fall angels and silver pumpkins.

There was a lot more, but Joe came back to get me and we left.  Have you seen any store displays that you really liked?

Kathy

  1. Kathy, It's been awhile since I have gone to Lowe's. They have some cute things to decorate outside and inside. I have picked up two real pumpkins and two purple mums...I will mix them with things from last year, fake flowers and my hand made sweater pumpkins. Blessings to you and Joe for a beautiful Sunday. xoxo, Susie

  2. I had to chuckle about the chair looking comfortable but it wasn't...:)) I do like seasonal displays but I've not been shopping much except for groceries. Do you have a Tuesday Morning store near you? I was there last week for a specific item so I didn't browse much, unfortunately. They had many lovely fall items and Christmas too!!

    1. If we have a Tuesday Morning, I don't know where it is. I've heard of it only on different people's blogs. A lot of stores have Christmas out already. Fortunately not the ones I've been going to.

  3. Cute decorations! No, I haven't been out shopping where they have home goods in awhile. Sam's Club had Christmas out...I ignored it all.

  5. I agree about the lit pumpkin. He is so cute! I think they are rushing the holidays, lumping them all together.I saw Christmas at Dollar tree & ignored it.I confess I picked up 2 small ceramic pumpkins that say Give Thanks + Be Thankful. With some things,if you don't get them when you see them, they're gone! I thought these'd be cute on the window ledge. Happy decorating!

    1. The pumpkins sound cute! I'm glad you got them. That's why I buy early. You have to get it or it's gone. Especially at Target.

  6. Not technically a store like Lowes or Wal*Mart, but the display of mums at the Farmer's Market was exceptional!

Your choice of hanging out in the garden center would have been mine, too. I never liked wandering the tool aisles unless I was doing the purchasing.

  8. HI Kathy..
Such fun decor. Isn't it so fun to explore different stores and shops and see what's out there? It's such a mix of country...eclectic and what's trending. Thank you for coming by blog and visiting my garden. We must be kindred spirits if you'd like to live there! Happy Fall and have a wonderful week.
