Really. It has been such a busy weekend that I haven't had time. I have tons of pictures but... now I've lost the connection line that I use to download from my camera. Ugh!
Don't give up on me. I'm looking for it when I get home from work tonight. Hopefully there will be a new post for you sometime today.
Kathy
Don't you just hate when something like this happens?
ReplyDeleteI'm always loosing my sunglasses!
I will be right here!!! We are still at the ranch and with last night's heavy rain - we will NOT be going anywhere anytime soon.......
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy! Oh, I know about busy and you just take your time. Thank you so much for popping in to see me. I tried to email you, but my new computer kept doing funny things so I'm going to give you the recipe for the sausage balls here and hope that will be okay. Thanks for popping in to see me.
ReplyDeleteShelia ;)
Sausage Balls (i always double this recipe) hope you like these
Ingredients
• ¾ cup bisquick (I use the Aldi brand of bisquick.) *
• 8 oz of Jimmy Dean Hot sausage (I think this brand tastes the best. Hot! It adds more flavor.)
• ¾ cup cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 egrees.
2. Mix all the ingredients together using your hands. (If you like your sausage balls to taste more like biscuits, just add more bisquick.)
3. Once everything is combined roll into one inch balls.
4. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25minutes.
Notes
If you are in a hurry and the mixture is not coming together you can add a splash of milk to help. I only recommend you doing this if you are eating them right away. Sausage balls freeze really well. Mix up the dough, roll into balls, and place on a cookie sheet, directly into the freezer for 30 minutes. Toss frozen balls in a freezer bag. Pull out and bake when ready.
Thank you so much, Sheila! I've got to try these.
DeleteI have used my phone to post photos on facebook and then it all disappears, which is really annoying....hope you find you piece you are looking for!
