MR. MALCOLM'S HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR
We had this program for Halloween last week and I never got to post about it. It was a fun time.
He told jokes, he told stories, he got the kids involved in his stories by giving them parts to play.
Here he is playing the part of a witch in a story. See the witch on his head?
He had the children play the parts of ghosts. Nine of them, in fact. They were chased by various creatures. This is a black cat.
And a wolf!
It was a fun program. Probably the last one I'll see there before I retire. I'll miss seeing these kids programs.
My movie for today was Single Santa Seeks Mrs. Claus (2004). It was part one of Meet the Santas, Leave it to me to watch them backwards.

It really looks like it was fun. It is always a great idea to get the children involved in the story. You can always 'visit' when there's a children's program. The best part? You'll be able to enjoy it as you won;t be
ReplyDeletedistracted by work! Ha ha!
I could visit, but usually it is so full of kids there is no room for the adults. We have up to 100 people attend.
DeleteHe looks like a fun man that enjoys kids and interacting with them. I am sure you WILL miss those stories and probably lots of other things, Kathy, that you haven't even thought about yet. Whoo Hooo--one month till retirement!!!! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI know I will miss a lot of things, but on the other hand there is a whole new world waiting for me.
DeleteI'm taping some of those sweet Christmas movies.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that they start in Nov. and go until Christmas.
That is a lot of movies!
It is a lot of movies. I am not usually a movie person, but I am enjoying each one. It's the only time of year that I actually watch a movie.
