Hello, friends! Hope you are having a wonderful day.
You may have noticed that I am posting more pictures. That's because Joe surprised me with a new camera. It's another Canon Powershot and came with a battery charger and a carrying case.
I am so happy to have a camera again. Whenever I get a new camera the first picture I take with it is one of Joe. So here he is.
I also took some pictures of the carnations that were left over from Mother's Day. We always give out red and white carnations at church. I bought them so what was left over I took home. They are just starting to die today so they lasted almost two weeks. That is a lot for the money I spent.
One more picture of my sweet Jack. After I looked at this I realized he had gotten into my fake plants, chewed one up and left it on the floor behind him. *sigh*
I'm so happy to have a camera again. I think I'll be inspired to do more posts now.
Kathy
How sweet of him! And I know you'll love having it and taking more pics! And we'll benefit too! Enjoy your afternoon! Maybe there's a sunset photo in your future! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteYeah a new camera! Hope you don't lose this one! :-} Put id on it...name and phone # in case you lose it! I'm enjoying my day off so far. Getting a few things done in a quiet house. Enjoy your day! Nice carnations!!
ReplyDeleteJoe is so thoughtful! Have fun taking pictures!
ReplyDeleteSuper on getting the new camera....sweet Joe.
ReplyDeleteHooray for a new camera! I have been lazy and just using my phone lately. I need to get the camera out and ready before our vacation in July. The phone just won't do for that.
ReplyDeleteYay for the new camera ..& Joe!! Such a thoughtful thing to do. Husbands know what makes a wife happy. I like the fact his is the first photo taken. Cool! Enjoy this warmer weather!
ReplyDeleteYay for the new camera and for your very sweet hubby!! The carnations are beautiful. I love it when flowers last for two weeks. God bless your Friday, Kathy!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new camera. I know you'll enjoy it. If the carrying case is big enough to use a small purse too, use it instead a purse when you go out. If it's not big enough, get one a little bigger so that it can double as a purse and a camera bag. This way I get to have my camera with me and anything that I need from my purse too. You have a wonderful day. Your Joe is a great guy!! Hugs, Edna B.
