A GLIMPSE OF PHILLY

Welcome to another Glimpse of Philly post.  Hope you are enjoying these as much as I am.  I look for interesting things to show you.  So here's today's glimpse.

Who hasn't dreamed of running up the Art Museum steps pretending they are Rocky?

 

Yes, the clothespin statue!  It is a famous landmark.  Meet me by the clothespin is heard all over the city.

    I live here but love seeing it from a different perspective. I confess some take the clothespin for granted,not thinking how unique it is.

    Hi Kathy! I'd love to come to Philly and maybe I'll get to one day! That clothes pin is something else. To see a common household item, that's not even used much today, right there in the heart of the city! Thanks for popping in to see me and have a nice weekend.
