I think that I shall never see a poem lovely as a tree -- Joyce Kilmer |
It was back to work today. Not too busy for a Monday. Of course I never get everything done. There just aren't enough hours in a day.
We got our heater fixed today. The plumber came at 8 a.m. I had to go to work, but Joe was here. It turns out that when they put the water back into the system after installing the new heater that they didn't get all the sludge out of the line and so it was blocking some of the water from getting to all the pipes. That's why it was warm in some parts and icy cold in others. Now that everything is cleaned out and the thermostat is reset things seem to be running smoothly. It is so incredibly cold out that the house is drafty. But that's the nature of old houses. I have the fire lit and the living room is toasty warm.
Pastor Justin posted some more pictures of the Pie and Praise on facebook today, so I "borrowed" them to show you. Enjoy.
