HAVE A HEART

I am trying (yes TRYING) to get the house un-Christmasized and un-winterized and putting some Valentines around.  I have not gotten very far.  I am always so tired after working all day.  (And my arthritis hurts way bad -- but that's another story.)

The other day I did get some things done, so here is what I've done so far.

Isn't this cute?  My friend, Debbie, gave it to me.  I put it on the windowsill where it gets some sunlight for the solar cell.
 And here's a short video of it.

I have had this heart wreath for years.  I got it from Avon.  It used to have a cupid in it, but somehow he got broken.  It's still pretty even without him.

 I have more stuff to show you, but I don't have pictures of them yet....  And the table is messed up....  And I don't take pictures of my dirty house because I would be embarrassed....  And you are all nice people so you wouldn't want to embarrass me....  But hopefully soon (as in the next few days) you will see more.

    I took our fiber optic tree down on Monday and put it in the box. Today I took the box to the garage. I think it is the last to go, except for the wreath outside our door. I may let it go next week for garbage day. I bought a cute tall vase or glass with hearts on it at Dollar Tree today, for $1. It jumped into my basket....it is cute and could be used for more than valentines day!! I haven't figured out what to put in it. I might put out a few valentine things, but haven't yet. It is my birthday as well so that is fun!!! I like your little solar heart that moves. My mom had a few of those in her window at the nursing home. I think I might have kept one but not sure where it is. I did some cleaning today after I got home from being out today, dentist and getting a few things done in town....always something to do around here. Have a good weekend, my friend!!! xxx

    Love the Cherished teddy! She's adorable.I'm glad to see the heart dancing as it makes me smile. I have quite a few of these & like each one. There are a few Valentine things I could put up,however Russ has the windows done. My hubby does the windows for each holiday.How nice is that?
    It's going to be really cold today (single digit wind chill) so everybody layer up & stay warm!

    I love all your Valentine goodies! I used to decorate for each holiday, but the kids are all grown and gone, and it is just Jim and me and he isnt big into things like that, so I dont do it any more. The kids were back 'in the day'. Hope you have a nice weekend.

    I just typed a comment and it disappeared! Page reloaded! Ugh! I love all your cute little things. I love how you keep up with holiday decorating. I can't do 1/4 of what I used to do. Hope you are keeping warm. It is bitter cold here and more snow on the way. My arthritis has been kicking my butt. Especially my right wrist and thumb. I also have carpal tunnel. :-(. But I try to keep positive and push myself. I know you do too. xo

    Your little Valentine Sweeties cheer this snowy day---I love snow, but when Caro has to get out at night and go to work---just clearing the car is a chore.

    We plan to make lots of Valentine goodies this week, when Sweetpea will be coming to us after school several days. I'm in the mood for PINK and RED.
