A ROCKWELL WEDNESDAY -- LET'S GIVE HIM ENOUGH AND ON TIME (1942)

It's time for another Rockwell Wednesday.  Here's one of Norman Rockwell's paintings that I have never seen before.  And it's done so well, I thought it was a photograph.

Many of Norman Rockwell's illustrations honored the dedication and sacrifice of America's military personnel.  During World War II, particularly, he used his skills to help unite citizens behind our armed forces.

  3. Love your posts on Norman Rockwell. I think I might have commented before that I inherited many from my MIL. Figurines, an extensive ornament collection, and plates. Thanks for sharing this information.

  4. I thought of your posts when I saw a Norman Rockwell print at the Dr office this morning. Yes, I was there again because I'm sick :(
Hope Joe is healing and getting stronger everyday!
