JULY PHOTO CHALLENGE #22 -- TREE

Thank you for all your prayers.   Joe continues to improve each day.  It's such a relief to see him walking without falling.  I know it is God's doing and am so thankful.

Another busy day at work.  Yesterday I made a list of things that had to get done today and although I got over half of the list done, there are still some things for tomorrow.  So I'll finish that up when I get in.

Only two more days and I am on vacation for a week.  It's the annual Sisters Week.  Not sure of everything we're doing, but I know we have some fun things planned.  Of course what we do depends on how Joe is feeling.

We had barbecued pork chops, homemade biscuits and green beans for dinner tonight.  It was so good.

The car is going back to Walt and Carole for one more time tomorrow.  They are determined to get it fixed before my vacation.  I don't think it can be done.  We'll see.

Tomorrow is my step-son's birthday.  He turns 33.  Joe really wanted to spend D.J.'s birthday with him, but it just didn't work out for this year.  Hopefully next year we can take a couple of weeks and travel down to Tennessee to be with him.  We'll see.

It's late so let's just go to the photo challenge.  The prompt today is "tree".  Here's a tree that was growing at Pennsylvania Hospital.  It was really pretty and had an unusual shape.

I'm linking up with Kati at Kati's Little Corner of the World for this July photo challenge.

Good night everyone!

Kathy

  4. It is wonderful news to know that Joe is improving. My prayers and best wishes for his speedy recovery.

It is a good practice to have a plan and get things done one by one. I used to do this on a daily basis when I was working but now I take every thing easy hoping to do things as when required.

    Happy birthday wishes to DJ.

    The tree is beautiful.

    Wish you a wonderful holiday.
