WEDNESDAY BLUES

My appointment with the doctor yesterday was 10:15 so I knew I would be late to work.  I got there about 10:20 because I had to wait for the parking attendant and then walk through the building since I went in through the cancer center which is on the other side of the campus.  I went to pay the co-pay and found I left my bank card at home and had only $10 in cash on me.  Fortunately they were very nice about it and will be billing me.  Whew!

I got a very good report from the doctor.  The incision is almost healed.  Probably just a few more weeks of wearing a bandage.  Yes!

I didn't get out of the doctor's office until almost noon.  All the way up to the hospital the low tire pressure light was on.  I said, "Not again!"  So I had to stop in the way home and put some air in it.  By now I know exactly which tire it is.  *Sigh*  

I did get a chance to put up the Thanksgiving decorations in my front window and get some of the other things out.

These are new this year.  I got them at the $1 bin at Target.  I think it's so cute.
 So now it's off to get breakfast, get dishes and laundry done, and then off to work for the day.  Ah, the life I lead.

    I hate when I get somewhere and don't have my credit card with me-it doesn't happen often but it is annoying. Your decorations look cute! Have a good day at work! xo Diana

    glad your report turned out ok. Oh, joy, no money to pay, rarely happens to me. But glad they will bill you with no problems. Decor is adorable. I've not done any yet. Take care!

    The "Welcome Harvest" with the scarecrow is adorable! It's amazing what you can get in the dollar areas.Most stores have them now.
    Joy for the good dr report! I know that helped make your day.Hubby getting over a cold (passed it to me,thank you!) so didn't feel well enough to change out the windows. Decided to leave the 'fall' leaves up then go right into Christmas.
    I empathize with you on the billing. I was in Shop Rite,total groceries checked out when I realized my change purse with my credit card was not in my bag! Was I mortified!! I called home & hubby to the rescue. He ran it up to me. The salesgirl was sooo gracious . She was able to put my total on "hold" & said I'd be surprised how many times that happens to people. Card arrived,checked out& day saved.
